DZL fast-loading chain grate biomass boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fired tube boiler. Threaded flue gas tubes are arranged in the drum. Water wall tubes are arranged on both sides of the furnace. New energy-saving arch is used in front and back arches. Light-duty small scale chain grate is more conducive to the combustion of biomass fuels. It is equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation and slag discharger for automatic slag discharging.
The fuel falls from the top coal hopper to the grate and burns in the furnace. The flame is refracted upward through the back arch and turns to the front smoke box through the burning chambers on both sides of the body. Then the front smoke box is folded into the threaded smoke pipe in the boiler barrel. After the back smoke box, the fuel enters the economizer, and then is pumped into the atmosphere through the smoke duct to the chimney by the induced draft fan.
Performance advantages
1. The heating surface of the top of the furnace is formed by drawing part of the riser on both sides of the header to the hearth, then introducing the lower side of the drum and supplementing the whole casting of the bottom of the drum with heat insulation. The new furnace structure successfully solves the problem that the bottom of the drum is directly irradiated by high temperature flame and avoids the "bulging" defect.
2. The installation of two-wing flue makes the flue gas enter the front smoke box smoothly, so that the temperature of the front tube sheet is the same and the cracks of the tube sheet caused by the temperature stress are avoided.
3. The single-return threaded flue gas pipe is used in the pot drum, which strengthens the heat transfer effect. At the same time, the threaded flue gas pipe has the function of self-cleaning and avoids the accumulation of ash in the flue gas pipe.
