The new DZH boiler is a single drum vertical movable boiler with drainage hot tube and shell. The combustion equipment is movable grate. Membrane water walls on both sides of the furnace are radiation heating surfaces, while flue ducts on both sides and threaded flue tubes in the drum are convective heating surfaces. The front and back wall and the water wall on both sides are built with refractory bricks. The boiler adopts arched tube sheet and threaded flue gas tube technology, which solves the problems of crack of tube sheet, bulging of lower part of the boiler drum, low thermal efficiency and poor fuel adaptability. When burning, the fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas generated enters the convective tube bundles along the bottom of the boiler through the outlet of the middle partition wall, enters the threaded flue pipe through the front smoke box, and exhausts through the chimney through the dust collector.
Performance advantages:
1. Using arch tubesheet and threaded smoke pipe to form a pot drum, the quasi-steel body of the pot drum is changed into quasi-elastic body structure, and the stretching parts in the tubesheet area are eliminated, thus reducing the stress. The flue pipe in the tube sheet is changed from two return to one return, which solves the problem of crack in the tube sheet.
2. Because of the arrangement of riser row in the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, and the sludge is not suitable for depositing. The high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled and the drum at the bottom of the drum can be prevented.
3. By using high-efficiency heat transfer threaded flue gas tube, the heat transfer enhancement effect is obtained, which achieves the characteristics of fast temperature and pressure rise of the boiler and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
